对ZMZ英文履历的点评

从我们猎头公司的角度看这篇英文简历，感觉还是不错的。可以用这样几个字来概括：
条理比较清晰，结构比较完整，用词也比较规范。如果说还有哪些地方需要提高的话，
可能在“卖点”上需要花一点功夫。从比较专业的眼光去品判一篇英文简历，我想简单
概括以下几点，也可为想写好英文简历的经理人作参考：
1 英文简历的格式其实很简单，可以根据自己的经验和专业能力搞得新颖一点。但基本
上不外乎以下几个要素，如：
Name:
Address:
Tel:
E-mail:
Objective:
Summary:
Professional Experience:
Education:
Qualifications &Professional Designations:
Hobbies(If need):
在Professional Experience 之前的要素，描述不用太长篇，高度概括即可。面试人，
特别是老外，可从中看出你的英文概括能力（长句的使用）。
2英文简历中，专业经验、经历(Professional Experience)部分是重头戏。因为这个部
分是面试人最感兴趣和关心的，以后即使在面试时，也差不多围绕这个在说话。写简历
的人需要花大“手笔”去描述这个部分。怎样才能描述好，要抓住以下几个关键：
工作职责Responsibility。
工作业绩Achievement: 如完成了多少指标，如何完成的？管理多少人，利润提高了多少
？等等。
在A，B 中，要不厌其烦地用比较数字说明问题，因为猎头或面试人可能对你的专业不很
了解，但每一个人都对跳跃的数字感兴趣，并且记得住，如：团队由最初的3人发展到现
在的15人，经销商由99年的3家扩展到2001年的23家等等。
不要光写成功经验，也要提及曾经走过的弯路和失败。最好是写一个例子，说明原先某
个事件看上去已经失败，但通过你的努力，提高很快，很显著，你也从中学到很多。告
诉面试人或写在简历上你是通过哪些办法去改变的。老外往往对这一些很感兴趣，因为
走过弯路再成功的人更吸引人，也对他的公司更具有实际操作意义。
这个部分用词也有讲究，能令人兴奋和印象深刻的词很多，如：rebuild up, develope
d, exceed, participated, enhanced, coordinated, conducted, assisted processe
d, implemented, management,prepared, consolidated, contributed more than % f
or, over, revenue, growth, excellent performance,top,strategy, awarded, sign
ificant increase, milestones, etc.
3 Education
Qualification & Professional designation 这两部分，可按照标准的一些格式如实附
上，如：

4 最后一个部分可以简单写一些你的个人爱好（Hobbies）和个人情况(Personal Infor
mation).面试时，面试人（包括很多老外），通过对你这部分看似平常的，非工作性的
情况的了解，（特别是请高级管理层），更能评估你这个人目前的状态和你对社会、家
庭的一些看法，以及看出你解决一些实际问题的思路和能力。
总体来讲，写英文简历并不难，难的是要赢得面试。我们经常在上面的讨论中谈到面试
人和我们猎头对这份简历的看法。任何一篇文章，不在长短，也不在形式花俏，而在于
它的特点和卖点。而且特点和卖点在一开始的时候就应该显现出来。就像1999年风险投
资盛行时，你如果想吸引风险投资家的目光，你必需在开场白的5分钟内让人对你的项目
感兴趣，在45秒内让人明白你要做什么，简历只是把这种表白书面化了。任何一个看你
简历的猎头和面试人都希望在最短的时间内知道你的特点和卖点，都喜欢一个能给他们
带来与众不同的人，能给他们带来别人所没有的东西。如果你的简历在这点上作了文章
，可能幸运之星已经在向你招手了，也已经有人对你动心了。
